It's time for the 4th annual NYC FITWeek! We have 25 classes across the city with something for everyone - HIIT, yoga, cycling, bootcamp, TRX, boxing, dance cardio, and more. Browse the full schedule below, and then sign up directly through each studio. Proceeds from NYC FITWeek classes will benefit Donors Choose & She's the First, supporting education in the local NYC community and around the world.

MONDAY

Concrete Jungle

Strength Power Speed

Varied lengths of intense conditioning utilizing the concept 2 rower, ski erg, or Assault Bike followed by explosive calisthenics and strength training. Class lasts for 60 minutes. Can you?

FIT RxN (UWS)

Boxing

Learn the "sweet science" and get that heart rate pumping through an authentic boxing experience. Each class brings something new with intense heavy bag intervals, one on one pad work with your coach, and strength-conditioning circuits guaranteed to give you the workout of a true champion. Infused with all the driving beats and hard hitting playlist you've come to know and love at FIT RxN! **Gloves & Gel Wraps are available to purchase or rent.

NYC FITWeek Kick-off w/ Emily Cook Harris

EMPOWERED HIIT + FITWEEK RAFFLE + HEALTHY BITES FROM GOOD SEED @ YG Studios

We'll begin with a 50 min HIIT class lead by EMPOWERED founder and creator of FITWeek Emily Cook Harris! Em is personal trainer & group fitness instructor with 8 years in the industry, an Ambassador for PUMA (#TeamFaster), a former professional dancer with a B.S. in Kinesiology, and forever passionate about paying it forward through education. Get ready to sweat and smile in this nonstop, full-body high intensity interval training workout that will leave you feeling strong & empowered. All levels welcome! After class, you'll enjoy healthy indulgences from our friends at GOOD SEED and the chance to win a raffle prize from our generous FITWeek partners.

Circuit Training

SWITCH is an experiential, total-body workout unlike anything else – rewritten and reproduced each and every day, ensuring you never repeat the same class twice.  The SWITCH Playground incorporates cutting-edge fitness technology with state-of-the-art facilities, lighting and sound for what is an industry first, group fitness environment, An Instructor leads the class with a team of highly skilled Trainers through a labyrinth of Playground activities. A live DJ fuels the energy, coupled with lighting and special effects. This one-of-a-kind playing field is transformed into a theater of fitness and wellness.

Trooper Fitness

Trooper Bootcamp

Trooper Boot Camp is a team oriented ass kick conditioning session that involves cardio and strength training methods. In this class, you are responsible for your fellow troopers in the room and everyone is responsible of you. If one person slacks, there may be exercise based penalties for all (All in the name of fun and fitness of course). Partner exercises and partner accountability makes this class an exhilarating challenge unlike any other in NYC. This class will improve overall conditioning, stamina/endurance, strength, and the best part, mental toughness! *Also great Obstacle Course Race training and other high endurance sports.

CRANK NYC (UES)

Crank Cycling Theme Ride

Get ready to ride and sweat to the songs you love. It's theme ride so anything could happen. A riders request ride that has been tailored for the ultimate burn. All levels welcome. Get ready to sing and ride your butt off!

EPIC Hybrid Training

Tone & power

Working with Kettlebells helps to develop athletic strength and power while keeping heart rates sky high! In this total-body weight training class you choose the outcome! Opt for lighter weight and more reps for lean, toned look or crank up the weight to put on muscle, shred fat and build all around strength. We work on the standards; compound and aesthetic lifts to build a foundation of strength for the rest of our classes.

FlexTRX

Our unique approach to suspension training, FlexTRX is a form-focused, music-fueled, Pilates inspired, powerful workout that uses your own bodyweight as resistance to challenge every muscle. It is efficient, highly effective and will develop balance and core strength as well as increase endurance and stamina. Since your bodyweight creates the resistance, FlexTRX is designed with the ability to modify or advance any exercise. A total body workout unlike any other!  *Sneakers required

Athleta Influencer, Jessica Castro, is bringing you Happy Hour - AKT's signature dance-based interval training class perfect for students of any level. Classes alternate between choreographed combinations of dance cardio, toning, and dynamic flexibility sections, all set to hot, heart-pumping music for a comprehensive workout that keeps the body toned and energized for DAYS!

SWT HIIT CLASS + Shopping & refreshments @ SWEATY BETTY FLATIRON, presented by Ketanga fitness retreats

Join Diana Mitrea of Stronger with Time for a signature HIIT workout @ Sweaty Betty Flatiron! SWT is a high intensity interval class with a partner focus. Have a workout friend? Bring them. Don't have one? You'll make a friend in class! To add a bit of fun, we've brought resistance bands to the mix. The added resistance training will enable you to do strength training and cardio all in one class. This full body workout will leave you feeling strong, empowered and high off endorphins. Enjoy refreshments post workout while you shop with friends (exclusive 20% discount in store for class participants!).

FITballet @ Pearl Studios

fitBallet combines the strength and elongation of ballet with high energy circuit training. The workout focuses on full-body movements (such as burpees, pliés and pushups) in an atmosphere that emphasizes empowerment. Whether you are a dancer who wants to cross-train and gain strength & stamina... a non-dancer who likes the intensity of traditional weight workouts but fears "bulking up" ... or simply eager to step up your fitness dedication in a fun and supportive environment... then fitBallet is perfect for you.

Tone House (UES)

TH 101: TOTAL BODY

A great intro to our movement training philosophy, with focused instruction and demonstration on proper form and technique that can carry you into any regular TH session. You'll also get the benefit of joining the team with a group of athletes who are new to the House as well. • This class is highly recommended for new TH athletes. • Current clients may utilize this session as a refresher course on the fundamentals. The pace and programming will be adjusted to accommodate for additional instruction and demos. • We recommend at least three TH 101 sessions before graduating to our normal training schedule. Every athlete is different, though, and you may transition sooner/later, or your Coaches’ may advise you to do so.

Yoga Spark (Tribeca)

SuperSpark

YogaSpark is yoga, fired up! Every class is heated to 95 degrees, open level flow, challenging, set to amazing music, and super fun. SuperSpark is an amazing combo of all 3 of our class styles: YogaSpark, BlacklightSpark, and CandlelightSpark. We start out in regular studio lighting, but once we start moving a little faster, we flick off the lights and turn our blacklights on for a super electric vibe. You'll totally be able to zone out and move in a trance. When we are ready to slow down for the restorative section of class, we lose the blacklights and find ourselves sweetly surrounded by candlelights. It's simply the best combination of everything YogaSpark has to offer. Prepare to be transported to another place - and wear something white or neon! For this official FITWeek class, our friends at Lululemon will be providing a special something to everyone who attends - so you don't want to miss it!

THE FAST LANE / Cycling @ 7:00pm (30min)

This cycling class is designed to use high intensity interval training (HIIT) to give you quick results in a 30 minute format. Our instructors design a class that will get your drenched in sweat in no time and have you feeling great for the rest of your day!

HEATED Candlelit Flow / YOGA @ 7:15pm

Embrace the heat in this invigorating flow taught in room of 98 degrees. Our Hot Yoga incorporates creative sequencing, inversions and backbends designed to allow the student to reach their edge in a safe compassionate yet challenging environment. This class is for intermediate students and beyond.

Banana Skirt Productions

RATCHET ZOOBA @ PEARL STUDIOS

 Everybody’s got a little Ratchet in them and we invite you to show us what ya’ got in this high impact cardio dance class. In this lively party session, led by enthusiastic dance instructors who demo all the latest dance moves, the lights are completely dimmed (we’ve even got strobe lights), music is cranked and fun ensues. You’ll forget that you’re working out as you drop it low (squats), hit the dance floor (push-ups) and drop bows on ‘em (shadowboxing).  When the party is over, you will have burned at least 700 calories.  Be sure to grab a water on the way out, it’s our signature cocktail.

BoCo Power 45 packs a punch! In just 45 minutes, this class provides you with just as thorough, intense, and targeted a workout as our signature BoCo Classic. Just a bit faster, more condensed, and more powerful. And you’ll have time to shower and get to work in no time!

Uplift Studios

Strength Happy Hour

Incorporating dumbbells, resistance bands, and your own body, Strength focuses on lifting the heaviest weights you can with the best form in a given amount of time. You’ll work each muscle group to fatigue before moving on to the next. At different points in class, you’ll burst into Tabata-style HIIT sessions to elevate your heart rate and leave you feeling exhilarated, accomplished, and strong. Women only, shoes required.

TS Fitness

TS H.I.I.T

Our signature class featured High Intensity Interval Training. This class uses a variety of high intensity training methods and low-impact cardio equipment including Versaclimbers, SkiErgs, Rowers, and Airdyne bikes to design a unique workout. HIIT is a great complement to any strength-training regimen. Take your cardiovascular fitness and conditioning to a new level!

Swerve Fitness (Flatiron)

Team INdoor Cycling

SWERVE is a 45-minute, high-intensity indoor cycling class with a 5-minute upper body portion. The ride is team-inspired, so as you ride you accumulate points that go towards your Team SWERVE Score. You’ll climb hills, push sprints, set goals, and challenge yourselves to ride harder, together. Shoes and towels are always complimentary at SWERVE.

With everything from burpees to agility drills this WRKout will push you and leave you feeling accomplished. It's open to all fitness levels. Come out for a fun and challenging experience.  Gloves are recommended. And the view can't be beat!

Body Space Fitness

Metabolic Burn

Our cardio and endurance based class. These 55 minutes are filled with high intensity, calorie burning, low impact exercises using a wide variety of toys such as, but not limited to, sleds, battleropes, ViPRs, sandbags and Airdyne bikes. This class, focused more on endurance than strength, gets your heart rate up with 40 second intervals where you do the most amount of reps possible in the allotted time.

Holistic Happening

Yoga + Treats @ HUB seventeen

Leslie McDonald and Kayla Kleinman – co-founders of Holistic Happening – invite you to join them for 30 minutes of sweaty, athletic infused yoga followed by light snacks (gluten-free + vegan-friendly options), all for a good cause. Note: tickets are non-refundable.

Donors Choose connects teachers in high-need communities with donors who want to help. We will be supporting local NYC public schools, giving teachers & students the basic supplies they need for success. She's the First provides education scholarships and mentorship to girls in low-income countries so they can be the first in their families to graduate high school. Together, we can empower the next generation.
