Cardio Blast w/ Josh Martinez & jason Tran

Get sweaty in this fun all-levels workout jam-packed with 30-minutes of cardio boxing followed by 30-minutes of a lower body and core workout led by NY's top fitness trainer's and Fitbit Local Ambassadors Josh Martinez and Jason Tran! Class is FREE!

NYC // Healthy Hustle Run Club

Monday Miles: Hill Training w/ Emily Fayette

Join the HHRC for some Monday Miles! This group run will focus on hill training on the Queensboro Bridge! Group runs will be about an hour long. Class is free with a suggested donation of $20 to the education nonprofits. Please reach out to Emily on Instagram (@thehealthyhustle) with any questions!

Pure Reform w/ Nicole Davey

Pure Reform incorporates resistance-based strength and balance training designed to challenge and sculpt your body. This new 50-minute class merges Pure Barre Classic positioning and movements with resistance bands, sliders, and the barre. Come try a class while also donating to a great cause! 100% proceeds support She's the First, which provides girls who will be first-generation high school students with the funds needed to reach graduation. Suggested donation is $20.

FLEXIR: Infrared Pilates Mat w/ Nicole Davey

The Mat Class that brings the heat.

We are amping up Pilates Mat with a detoxifying boost of infrared heat. Our high-energy, endurance-building, full-body workout will get your muscles shaking and leave you dripping in sweat. Expect a challenging Pilates-based class performed in our infrared-heated studio. Get ready to bring the heat! We’ll use a mat, weights, Magic Circles, and resistance bands. You’ll need a skidless towel ($3 to rent) and plenty of water! **please note this workout is contraindicated for pregnancy, sensitivities to heat, high blood pressure, or low blood pressure.

Downtown Run w/ Brian Kendrick

Join the run guru himself, Brian Kendrick, for an evening group run! Meet at the lululemon SoHo Broadway store and we'll hit the streets! Open to all levels. Brian will lead you through a casual 3-5 mile journey in Downtown NYC to have your best run yet. Class is FREE and a $20 donation is encouraged! 100% proceeds support the education nonprofits, DonorsChoose.org & She’s The First. A 45-minute action-packed session, POWER is focused on improving your body’s performance and muscular composition through the utilization of maximum impact in the minimum amount of time. This interval-driven class alternates between periods of explosive movement and active recovery/rest. Use your recovery periods to come back with even more effort and energy the next round. This class incorporates resistance bands, dumbbells, light props, and dynamic body weight exercises. Shoes required. **Women only studio.

Join REHAB NYC owner + head motivator Bryna Carracino, with meditation coach + feng shui master Bryce Kennedy, as they host an empowering evening in support of education! First - a full body REHAB workout that is designed to rehabilitate the mind, body, and spirit through mental training, the speed of music (BPM), higher intensity resistance training and animal/power yoga flow. It will push you outside of your comfort zone. Teach you positive internal dialogue. Lift you up psychologically and leave you feeling strong & empowered. Post workout - you'll be guided through a meditation by Bryce Kennedy that will help you connect with your heart, tap into your power, and wake up to the magic that is life.
